Rusty, many thanks for your class. I have just returned from US and people there complemented me a lot how confident I have become expressing myself since the last time we saw each other. In my next course, I would like to focus on idioms as well as on listening skills to better understand the American TV programs and films.

I have taken 2 courses with ELS. My English teacher, Rusty, was terrific. He helped improve my pronunciation as well as listening skills. Now I watch the original movies with ease. I will take another class here to focus on communication in business. The other class I have taken is Business French. Gerard, the French teacher, is very young but so talented in bringing the best out of me.

I think that China is our future. That is why I am learning Chinese now. The class with Jie is very interactive and a lot of fun. It is definitely not an easy language but I am making progress. Jie is so patient correcting my pronunciation. Last month I came back from a 2-week vacation in Shanghai and Nanjing. I was completely thrilled to speak Chinese there with the locals. And the people were really surprised to hear me speak it so well. I want to become even more proficient. I hope you can help me. Many thanks again.

Last year, I was appointed a senior manager responsible for the Italian market and I had to learn Italian to do business with our partners there. With the workload I have, it is very difficult to learn a new language but due to Roberto’s inspiration, patience, as well as his availability adjusted to my schedule plus the available technology, I made an amazing progress in just one year. Now I communicate with the partners in Rome, Milan, and Turin with ease. I still need to work a lot to be even more fluent, that is why I continue my classes with you.
